Cancellation Policy

At Bartan House Hold, we aim to process orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
• To cancel your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
• Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
• Customers are expected to receive and check the order at the time of delivery.

3. Refusal at Delivery

• Refusing to accept an order at delivery without a valid reason may result in:
  • Restrictions on future orders
  • Cancellation of COD facility for future purchases

4. Special Note

• Since we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy, cancellation is the only option available before dispatch.
• We strongly encourage customers to confirm all details before placing an order.
