Welcome to Bartan House Hold. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders are considered confirmed once placed and verified.
  • Customers must check the product before making payment.

2. Product Inspection at Delivery

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:
    • Inspect the product carefully
    • Verify size, quality, and condition
  • Do not accept the order if you are not satisfied.

3. No Return & No Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer any return or exchange after delivery.
  • Once the product is accepted and payment is made:
    • The order becomes final and non-refundable
    • No complaints will be entertained

4. Mirrors & Lamps Policy (Karachi Only)

  • Mirrors & lamps are delivered within Karachi only.
  • Due to their fragile nature:
    • Products must be inspected in front of the rider
    • Any issue must be reported immediately on the spot
  • We will only consider replacement if the issue is reported at delivery.

5. Post-Delivery Disclaimer

  • After the rider leaves:
    • The product is considered approved and in perfect condition
    • No claims for damage, defect, or breakage will be accepted
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Damage after delivery
    • Mishandling by the customer

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data (name, number, address) is collected only for:
    • Order processing
    • Delivery
    • Communication
  • We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

7. Policy Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you:
    • Agree to all terms and policies
    • Accept the No Return / No Exchange condition

8. Changes to Terms

  • Bartan House Hold reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
