1. Order Confirmation & Payment

* We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.
* Customers are encouraged to check and inspect their order at the time of delivery before making payment.
* Once the product is checked, accepted, and payment is made, the order will be considered finalized and confirmed.

2. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

* It is the customer’s responsibility to properly inspect the product upon delivery.
* Please ensure that the product size, condition, and quality meet your expectations before accepting it.
* If you are unsure about anything, do not accept the order until you are fully satisfied.

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy

* We do not offer any return or exchange after the product has been delivered and accepted.
* Once the rider leaves after delivery, no complaints, claims, or requests for return/exchange will be entertained.
* This policy is strictly followed to maintain fairness and avoid misuse.

4. Special Policy for Mirrors & Lamps (Karachi Only)

* Mirrors and lamps are delivered within Karachi only.
* Due to the delicate and fragile nature of these items, a strict checking policy applies.
* Customers must carefully inspect mirrors and lamps at the time of delivery in front of the rider.
* In case of any issue such as damage, defect, wrong size, or any other concern, you must inform the rider immediately on the spot.
* The rider will report the issue, and we will arrange a replacement accordingly.

5. Important Notice for Mirrors & Lamps

* No return, exchange, or claim will be accepted after the product has been received.
* Once the rider leaves your location, it will be assumed that the product has been delivered in perfect condition and approved by you.
* We will not be responsible for any damages, breakage, or issues reported later.

6. Agreement to Policy

* By placing an order with us, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
* These policies are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth process for both parties.
